O'Leary, Sr.; her sons, James O'Leary (Karen) and Patrick O'Leary (Alison); her grandchildren, Kelly Armstrong (Adam), Michaela Tyo (Matt), Erin Polyn (Rob) and Cristen Latone (Derick); her great grandchildren, Brenna, Emma, Miranda, Liliana and Wyatt; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashlee and Dylan; her great great grandchild Kinsley; and her siblings, Rose and John. She was also cherished by three nieces and one nephew.
