He was predeceased by: his father John Mohr; and his grandparents, Marie and Michael Mutolo. He is survived by: his mother Carmelita Mohr (Mutolo); his siblings, Sherry Mohr and John Mohr; his nieces and nephews, Latisha Gary, Joshua Gary and Janaiya Nelson; his aunts and uncles, Annette, Joseph Gerace, Frank and Donna Mutolo; and his cousin Frankie Mutolo (Amy).
