He was predeceased by: his wife Madlyn M. Jacob; his siblings, Anthony, James George, Ann Koury (Ben), Shemoney Koury (George), Mary Ann Brigantino and Sadie Acqualino (Joe); and his parents-in-law, Richard Jacob, Viola Talley (Bill) and Joseph Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph George Jr., Barbara Bittner (Thomas), Deborah Curriere Sr. (Frank), James George (Barbara), Madlyn O'Sullivan (Gerard), Richard George (Martha Brennan) and Lisa George (Scott Spaziani); his sister Bernadette Steneri (Arthur); and his parents-in-law, Charlene George, Joan Jacob, Vicki Jacob, Sheila Ames (Richard) and George Jacob (Catherine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
