He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Spratt and Luesinda Spratt (Pruitt); his niece Linda Lynn Spratt; his nephew Lindell Reed; and his brothers-in-law, Benjamin Walker and James Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J. "Ruthie" Walker; his children, Mae Helen Spratt, Belissa Spratt, Minister Jarrod Spratt, Anthony, Caroline Spratt, Terry Spratt, Jason Walker, Christopher Spratt, Alexander Spratt and Aja Milligan; his great grandchild Dytayja Spratt; his sons, John Wesley "Curt" Spratt and Emmanual James "E. E." Spratt; his siblings, Edith Spratt-Huyler, Floreen "Donna" Spratt and Willie; his sister-in-law Beverly Spratt; and his siblings, Carrie Lou Spratt, Millie "Mulla" "Milla" Spratt and Reverend Roger Spratt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
