He was predeceased by: his father Francis P. Manley. He is survived by: his mother Janet D. Manley (Powers); his children, Alicia Akins of Fly Creek, NY, John T. Manley, Jr. of Fly Creek and Kaleb VanHorn; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Andrea, Chelsea and Joseph. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
