He was predeceased by: his cousins, Bob Guminiak (Julia), Barb Paciello and Bill Kurtelawicz (Irene); and his father John. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Kezuka; his mother Katherine Mae Kurtelawicz; his children, John Kurtelawicz (Donna), Jennifer Rudwall (Ron), Clinton, Michelle Ryan, Catherine Manion and Utica; his grandchildren, Jhanelle, Brittany, Skye, Suzie, Austin, Conner, Morgan and Emma; and his siblings, Richard Kurtelawicz (Kathy), Gary Kurtelawicz (Renee), Steve Kurtelawicz (Lisa), MaryAnne Blake and Suzanne O'Toole (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Central NY Chapter 490.
