He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farrell and Margaret Farrell (Pizzimente); his wife Shirley J. Hellstrom; his sister Nancy Farrell; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Olmstead.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Olmstead, John Farrell (Rose) of Double Springs, AL and William Farrell (Kimbrely); his sister Margaret Olko; and his grandchildren, Billy, Ashley, Bianca, John and Michelle.
