He was predeceased by: his parent John A. Mack; and his siblings, Bea Nebush, Anna Kochan, Harry Mack and Edmund Mack.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Mack (Pleban); his spouse Victoria Nowak; his children, Marilyn Zalewski (Ted), Utica, Jacquelyn Appler (Bill Ross), Westmoreland, Carolyn Mack, Clinton Mucica, Gwendolyn Mucica (Glenn) and Little Falls; his grandchildren, Jennifer, John, Jeffrey, Kristine (Adam), Kevin (Emily DeSalvatore), Mckenzie, Amy, Emily (Paul) and Andy; his great grandchildren, Jagger and Jemma; and his siblings, Theresa Anacher (Calvin), Sally Kuta (Edward), Carol Barns and Catherine Mack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
