He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Calcagnino and Fannie Calcagnino (DiMartino). He is survived by: his son Michael Calcagnino (Lynn); his grandson Michael R. Calcagnino of Deerfield, NY; and his siblings, Joyce Calcagnino (Don) of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Calcagnino (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
