He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baker and Madeline T. Baker (Velardi); and his grandparents, Maynard Baker, Salvatore and Florence Velardi (Giambrone).
He is survived by: his siblings, Florence Baker, Diana Baker, Kathleen (Jeff Swartfiguer), Rodney (Donna Baker), Rickey Baker and Rosemarie P. Falk (Baker). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
