He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Licastro and Pauline Licastro; his former wife Gloria Schwanzer; and his wife Laura Amato. He is survived by: his daughter Paula (Steven); his grandchildren, Nicole and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Steven and Jane.
