With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lee Phillips (Utica, New York), who passed away on September 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Eliza Phillips; and his siblings, Ulysee, Walter, Bill and Loretta (Awilda).

He is survived by: his sisters, Marguerite and Sylvia; and his children, Richard, Jermaine, Nitosha Phillips, Jonathan, Eliza Phillips, Walter Phillips and Cornell.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for their love of John Lee and the City of Utica Employees for their heartfelt donations.
