Tracy; his daughters, Dr. Seanelle Hawkins (John) of Rochester, Robin, Bidal Montalbo, Donna, Abdul Rahman of Utica and April Wilson of Utica; his grandchildren, Lanice Wilson, Alan Rahman, Kurtis Wilson, Nicole Rahman, Dajanee, Hoyos, Marquez Montalbo, Darae Parrish, Amiah Tracy and Zoe Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Dru and Ski; and his siblings, James Tracy, Mary Mitchell and Mona DeFrietas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
