He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia; his mother Marilyn Tine of Utica; his children, Shannon Conner (John) of Yorkville and Michelle Upson (Brandon) of Utica; his grandchildren, Avery Conner, Madelyn Tine, Olivia Tine and Lucas Upson; his siblings, Cathy Miller (Craig) of Utica, Tina Tine-Halkovitch (Ron), Shari Tine of Yorkville and Richard Tine, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Valerie Yousey. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
