He was predeceased by: his son John J. Gotte, III; his grandsons, Gregory of John, IV and Daniel; and his siblings, Yvonne Florentino, Aline Lee, Alfred Gotte, Salvatore Gotte and Ken Gotte, Sr..
He is survived by: his spouse Marylou Alito; his sons-in-law, Christine Fedor, Bruce Fedor, Michelle Gotte of South Carolina, Jennifer Bailey and Alan Bailey of Texas; his grandchildren, Angela Gotte, Jeffery Fedor, Monica Gotte and Anthony Gotte; his great grandchild Dominic Gotte-Seymour; his sisters-in-law, Dennis Gotte, Nancy Gotte of Rochester, Lenny Gotte, Elaine Gotte of Oneida, Raymond Gotte of Rochester, Linda Gotte of Sauquoit, Barbara Gotte, Utica Gotte and Sharon Gotte of Marcy; and also Priscilla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
