He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Deveans and Bertha L. Deveans (Norwood); his wife Irene Costello; and his brother Robert Burkhart (Elsie). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Williams (Scott Cairo) of Utica and John Deveans (Lori) of Ilion; his grandchildren, Kimberlin Deveans of Ilion and Michael Deveans (Shelbie McLean) of Frankfort; and his pets, Diamond and Tux. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
