She was predeceased by: her parent Gerald Sears; and her sister Donna Marie. She is survived by: her parent Leona Sears (Mitchell); her husband Raymond; her children, Gerald Maxim (Cindy), Donna Rosato (Robert), Nathan Maxim and Bradley Maxim; her stepchildren, Joan, Michael Maxim (Melissa) and Bill Maxim (Tonya); her grandchildren, Gerald, Jr., Miranda, Rebecca, Dominic and Deanna; her great grandchildren, Shae and Seth; her siblings, Gerald Sears (Carol), Allen Sears (Deborah), Edward Sears (Betty) and Caroline Podagrosi (Peter); and her stepmother Mary Sears. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Joan's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, or a scholarship fund to be set up in Bradley's name.
