It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan H. Dillon (Utica, New York), who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Paul Bowes; and her siblings-in-law, William and Eleanor Dillon (Lux). She is survived by: her husband John L. "Jack" Dillon, Sr.; her daughter Cynthia "Cyndi"; her grandchildren, Dr. John L., Jr., Elizabeth Dillon, John Gattuso, Angelo "A. J.", Lisa Dillon, Scott, Rita Iyer-Dillon, Erin, Matthew, Megan, Chris Dillon, Nick, Claire Gattuso, Johnny, Lisa Gattuso and Steven Gattuso; her great grandchild Aria Rose; her grandfather Nathan Gattuso (Leela Iyer-Dillon); her sister Carol Doyle (late Germaine Doyle); her siblings-in-law, Joan and Anthony DiRizzo; and also Angelo.
