He was predeceased by: his brother Vincent M. Ruggiero. He is survived by: his parents, Victoria DiFondi Chwazik and James E. Moore, Sr.; his daughter Gianna Marie Moore; his significant other Brenda Pabis; his significant other's children, Aiden, John and Logan; his siblings, Tanya (Gary Griffith), Anthony (Heather DiFillipo), James E. Moore, Jr. and Jonathan Ruggiero (Jessica Ruggiero); and his friends, Frank Cotrupe Jr., Leon Kearney and Edward Thomas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will honor Jesse in a private service.
