He was predeceased by: his father Henry L. Hartz, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Theresa R. Hartz (Nardone); his siblings, Lorraine Confalone (Anthony), Henry Hartz, Jr. (Arleen), Stephen Hartz (Kim Forkhamer), Mark Hartz (Kathy) and Brian Hartz (Annette); his sister-in-law Anna Hartz; and his close friends, Lonnie and Samantha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
