She was predeceased by: her parent Clarence P. Horn (Doc); her grandson Evan Paye; her siblings-in-law, Alma Miekam, James, Bernard, John, Betty Horn and George Entwistle; her half-brothers, Clark Heburn and Charles Heburn; her stepson Christopher Burton; and also Donald Miekam.
She is survived by: her parent Helena Kenney Heburn Horn; her spouses, James E. Paye and James Burton (Harlie); her children-in-law, James R., Mary Paye (Egan), John M., Lauralee Paye (Ashcraft), Jeffery D. Paye, Utica and Joanne P.; her grandchildren, Brittney Paye of Philadelphia, PA, Emily Paye, Keegan Paye, Alexandra Paye, Laura Jenkins (Mark), Nicholas M. Bush, Christopher Zalewski and Jenna Lane (Michael); her stepchildren, Stephanie and John; her stepgrandchildren, Cory Genung and Jennifer Genung (Burton); her sister Rita Entwistle of Sandy, UT; her sister-in-law Nancy Horn; and also, Nicholas P. Bush and Rome. She is also survived by children: three sons.
