She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spatuzzi and Helen Spatuzzi (Mierzwa); her husband John M. Kinsella (Jack); her siblings, Kathleen Ann Spatuzzi and William Spatuzzi; and her sister-in-law Maureen Spatuzzi.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Hughes (Dennis) of Clinton and Stephen Kinsella (Mark Montgomery) of New York City; her grandchildren, Amber Sahbudak (Basar) of Florida and Brett Hughes (Santina) of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Ava, Alyssa, Akin and Landon; and her brothers, Robert (Patricia Spatuzzi) and Gary Spatuzzi of Utica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
