She is survived by: her parents, Leo Rastley and Edna Rastley (Gardner); her children, Lorijean Cifonelli (Michael More) of Washington Mills, Timothy Howard, Diana Howard of Utica and Robert Howard of Utica; her grandchildren, Zanthan Howard, David Howard, Barbara-Jean Howard, Kelly Howard, Duffy Baerman, Timothy Howard, Jr., Rory Cifonelli, Gabriel Cifonelli and Allie Cifonelli; her great grandchildren, Michael, Lucas, Adam and Aislyn; her siblings, Viola Van Ornum, David Rastley, Shirley Rastley and Leo Rastley; her sisters-in-law, Lona Rastley and George Rastley; and her son-in-law Al Cifonelli. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
