He was predeceased by: his parents, Teofilio "Toffie" Mazza and Angeline Mazza (Longo); his son Mark Anthony Mazza; and his parents-in-law, Howard W. and Angeline "Dolly" Moyer (Seminaro).
He is survived by: his children, Dana Lynn Francisco, Michael Peters, Danielle Marie Mazza and Carissa Anne Mazza; his caregiver Jeremy Stevens; and his friend Jimmy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
