He was predeceased by: his mother Lynda. He is survived by: his father James D. Freel, Sr.; his fiancée Debra Peppenelli; his children, Kenneth and Danielle of Utica; his brother Paul Freel (Heather) of Rome; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Cruikshank, Alex Freel and Kaylee Freel.
