He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Voss (Randall); his siblings, Mary Pearson, Minnie B. Cheatam, Emma Newman (Voss) and Floyd Voss; his wife Annie Jo; and also Ollie Mae McGuffey (Walker).
He is survived by: his father William Voss; his children, James C. Voss, Jr., Victor E. (Jill Voss) and Sonya M.; his son-in-law Miklos Baugh; his grandsons, Jordon Voss, Jazmon Voss and Bryant Baugh; his great grandchild Saviyon Voss; his cousin Lonnie Voss (Mary); and also, Steve, Ruthie Stokes and Jimmy. He is also survived by godchildren, many family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jimmy's Home.
They would attend numerous fundraisers, charity and church events.
