She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. Hohs and Ruth Goodman Hohs of Amsterdam; her son Charles L. Townsend; and her siblings, Robert G. Hohs and Audna Mihan.
She is survived by: her husband Hubert C. Townsend; her son Robert L. Townsend (Margaret M. Ostowski); and her granddaughters, Jackie Townsend of Amsterdam and Sarah J. Townsend Kelbel (John Kelbel) of Little Elm. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
