She is survived by: her close friend Angel Gutierrez; her children, Fausto Rioscolon (Susan) of Utica, Christina Santiago of Utica, Luis Rios (Kathleen), Felix Rios of Utica, Angel Rios (Maryann) of Utica and Emilia Santiago (Jose) of Utica; and her siblings, Laura Festa of Rome, John Peragua of Rome and Anthony Baldomir of Plattsburgh, NY. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
