Lazarek (Utica, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John Lazarek; her children, Nance Lazarek of Rochester and Glen Lazarek of Utica; and her grandchildren, Patrick Lazarek of Charlotte, NC, Jessica Lazarek of Charlotte, NC and Garrett Hogan of Rochester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
