Stoetzner; his children, Daniel Kicinski of Utica, Lydia Kicinski of Utica and Stephen Kicinski of Utica; his siblings, Barbara Kicinski of New Hartford, Irene Altieri of Albany, John Kicinski of Waterbury, CT and Raymond Kicinski of Utica; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin, Jil Stoetzner of Myrtle Beach, SC, Beth, John Hornak of Franklinton, NC, Tam Stoetzner of Piseco, NY, Robert and Mary Stoetzner of Ringgold, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
