She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Ostrouch and Genevieve Ostrouch (Sidelko); and her siblings, Felix, Agnes, Sophie, Leona and Celia.

She is survived by: her husband John "Ralph" Wagner; her sister Mary Baranowski; her grandchildren, Maria Wagner (Christopher Cook), Monica Wagner (Eric Beauchamp), Lisa Kaye (Keith Buttafuoco), Roxanne Kaye (Stanley Paylago) and John Andrew Kaye, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Julia Reiley Wagner-Beauchamp and Daniel Buttafuoco; and her daughters, Paris, Grace, Amanda and Shirley. She is also survived by three children and their spouses.
