She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Dziekowicz and Louise Dziekowicz (Bednarcyzk); and her sons, Thomas and Robert. She is survived by: her husband Chester Cieloszczyk; her sons, Chester, Jr. of Vernon, Louis of Vernon and Lawrence Cieloszczyk of Vernon; her sister Louise Stolarczyk; and her nephew David Stolarczyk.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Harriet's name may be made to the Holy Trinity Memorial Fund.
