She is survived by: her parent Antoinette Surace (Mazzei); her daughter Nadine "Dena" Campola; her grandchildren, Antoinette "Toni" Fornino, Andrew McLean of Westmoreland, Victoria Hotaling, James Hotaling of Bel Air, MD, John Fornino and Alicia Filipkowski of Westmoreland; her great grandchildren, Jaxson McLean, Mason McLean and Westynn Fornino; and her sister Carmelita "Mella" Mino. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many beloved cousins.
