He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Yourdon and Gwendolyn Yourdon (Meine); his siblings, Bruce Yourdon (Spike) and Gwendolyn Appley; and his son Justin Yourdon.
He is survived by: his children, Tia Lock, New Hartford, Jason Yourdon (Celena) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Patrick Yourdon (Malerie Meredith), Kevin Yourdon (Maeve) and Deerfield; his grandchildren, Dr. Ryan Lockwood (Connor Copeland), Kiaya Lockwood, Brittany Lockwood (Fawad Mian), Brady Lockwood, Yten Lock, Finley, Cambry, Scotty, Aibrey Yourdon, Hezikai, Mattais, Ashary Malloy and Moira Yourdon; and his great grandchild Raiya Mian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Deerfield Volunteer Fire Company (5476 Trenton Rd, Utica, NY 13502).
