She was predeceased by: her parents, David Winston and Alice Seelye Winston. She is survived by: her husband Bernard A. Lepper of Utica; her children, Suzanne L. Vertigan (Rhonda Hidy) and David B. Lepper (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Allyson Vertigan (Erin Malcolm), Alyssa Lepper (Tyler Lawson), Claire Lepper and Dale Lepper; her great grandchild Josie; and her brothers, Neal Winston (Jean Dickinson) and Dean Winston (Judy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a wide extended family.
