He was predeceased by: his father Michael Giudice; his stepdaughter Joyce A. Zanio; and his sisters, Antoinette (Malcolm MacKenzie), Santa (Frank Romanowski) and Theresa J. Giudice.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Deborah J. Sullivan (John Sullivan) and Kenneth P. Zanio; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher O., Jessica Bussonnais, Morgan C., Michael Hogue, Jaime A., Anthony Migliaccio and Korie J. Kennett; his stepgreat-grandson Christopher O. Bussonnais II; his parents-in-law, John, Elena Sammons, Albert and Anna Marks (DeMarco); and his siblings-in-law, Maria C. and Joseph Cariglio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
