He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Cowan (King); his brothers, Eastern Rock and Hanson; his wife Celeste (Miller); his children, Selena Robert Fuller (Cowan), Tricia Cowan and Frank Cowan, Jr. (Christy Potter); his grandchildren, David Burkhart (Trina), Jason Cowan, Christopher Burkhart, Dannielle McCabe (Zachary), Frank Cowan, III (Emily), Brady Cowan, Jordyn Cowan and Connor Cowan; his great grandchildren, Kaysen Burkhart, Wyatt Cowan and Mason Cowan; his daughter Melanie Sarafin (Cowan); and his goddaughter Sara Tyson (Barrows). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
