He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Faccioli and Rose Faccioli (Giglio); his in-laws, Joseph and Mary Giordano; and his brother-in-law John.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Marie Faccioli (Giordano); his children, Tina (Don Ambrose), Anthony "Fuji" (Andrea Faccioli), Frank "Cheech" Jr. (Kathy Faccioli) and Dina Ventura; his grandchildren, Anthony Faccioli, Francesco (Amanda Faccioli), Ariana Ambrose, Giavanna Faccioli, Stephen Ventura and Santino Faccioli; his great grandchildren, Lila and Francesco Faccioli; and his close friends, Louis, Sunny Gifune, Joe and Candace Gazzal.
