He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Celia and Teresa Celia (Iaconantonio); his wife Irene Celia; his former wife June Kleiser; his cousins, Santo "Sam" Celia and Raffalena Cosintino; and his in-laws, Joan Karaszkiewicz, Joseph Karaszkiewicz and Anthony "Tony" Karaszkiewicz.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica (Robert Pasqualicchio), Ronald F. (Jillian Celia), Carol (Jim Haughton) and Robert (Diane Celia); his grandchildren, Christian, Francesca, Johnathan Pasqualicchio, Edward Karaszkiewicz, Beth Karaszkiewicz of Prospect Park, PA and Robert Karaszkiewicz of Holmes, PA; his pet Dave; and also, Joan Celia of Utica, Saverio and Teresa Betro of Toronto. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Frank a donation can be made to Anita's Stevens Swan Humane Society, Spring Farm Cares, or any local animal charity.
