It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank A. Loin (Utica, New York), who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Loin and Barbara Loin; and his siblings, Mary Jordan, Barbara Dydula, John Loin and Joseph Loin.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Seremet; his children, Melissa Campbell, Michelle Blackburn and Michael Loin (Karen); his grandchildren, Scott, Andrew, Patrick, Amy and Brandon; and his siblings, Walter Loin (Paula) and Tecla Kondzielawa.
