With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances V. Bulinski (Utica, New York), born in Whitesboro, New York, who passed away on December 15, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons-in-law, Rudy LaBuz and Jerry Dwyer; and her siblings, Adela, Joseph and Edward.

She is survived by: her parents, George Sas and Victoria Sas (Laska); her spouse Joseph N. Bulinski; her daughters, Lori LaBuz, Whitesboro Dwyer, Donna Dwyer and Utica; and her grandson Daniel LaBuz.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Frances' name may be made to Holy Trinity Church Memorial Fund.
