She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foley and Louise Foley (Benson); her siblings, Edith Ferguson (Raymond), Robert Foley (Stella), Francis Foley, Alfred Foley (Ruth), Raymond Foley (Lauretta) and Margaret Foley; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew Starczewski (Marion) and Maryann Stark.

She is survived by: her spouse Francis Starczewski; and her daughter Lorraine (Bernard).
