He is survived by: his spouse Elissa D'Amico; his sons, Eugene "Gino" of St. Petersburg, FL. and Michael J. (Theresa) of Waterville; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alexandria (Nicklas), Arianna, Jennifer, Nicholas (Tara), Alexandra, Michael, Jamie and David Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Vaughn, Darian, Vincenzo, Sauyer, Salvatore, Dade, Raylan, Jayovani, Deanalis, Rosabella, Gianna and Oksana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
