Nickless; his children, James Emery and Jennifer Emery of Portsmouth, NH; his grandson Jordan DeCosta of Sandown, NH; and his siblings, Karen Emery of Grafton, MA, David Emery (Jane) of Auburn, ME, Donald of Salisbury, MA, Daniel Emery of Salisbury, MA and Chihuahua Duke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
