He is survived by: his wife Judith Anne Campbell (Kelley); his children, Dr. Allison Rice (K. Craig) of Hallandale Beach, FL, Ansley Schmitt (Edward) of Holland Patent, NY and Glenna Doyle of Ocala, FL; his brother Robert Campbell of Colchester, VT; and his grandchildren, William Schmitt, Jonathan Schmitt and Alexandra Doyle.
