She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Giehl and Henrietta I. Giehl (French); and her siblings, Charles (Jutta Giehl), John (Pernese Giehl), Alice Giehl, Bette (Jim Sklarz), Violet "Pat" (Fred Abel), Eugene "Gene" Giehl Sr. (Joan Montrose) and Jerry Giehl.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent P. "Vinny" Speciale; her children, Kevin Giehl and Kimberly VanEtten; her grandsons, Kevin Giehl Jr., Matthew Giehl and Tyler VanEtten; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law George Zegibe; and her parents-in-law, Harry, Carol Speciale, Marie and Bill Hughes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
