With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Oliver of Utica, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond G. Oliver and Catherine R. Spartano Oliver; and his daughter Renee. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Goggin; his children, Tiffany Oliver (Ivan Verin) of Utica, Raymond Oliver (Kim), Donald Jr. (Grace Oliver) and David (Josie Oliver); his grandchildren, Stacey, Stephen, Hayley, Taylor, Madison Oliver, Cory Crandall and Amelia Oliver; his parents-in-law, Ellen Polimeni, Daniel (Sonny), Judy Goggin, Pat, Gloria Goggin, Jean, Don Dutcher, Joe, Barbara Goggin, Dale Goggin, Sandy, Jack Bell, Dennis, Cheryl Goggin, Denise, Mike Crist, John Goggin and Michael Goggin; and his cousins, Rocco, Jim and Steven Spartano. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-7 pm at The Scala & Roefaro Funeral Home Inc. 1122 Culver Ave. All COVID protocols will be required both at the funeral home and at church. Face masks, social distancing, visitation and church trace signing will be required.
