He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Plunkett and Minerva Plunkett (Farrell); his daughter Carrie Ann Plunkett; his in-laws, Stanley and Julia Wieliczka; and his brother-in-law Robert Wieliczka.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Brenda Plunkett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
