He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald, Sr. Sullivan and Peggy Sullivan (Holcomb); his wife Donna LaMonte; his siblings, Michael Sullivan, Maureen Sullivan and Larry Sullivan (Maureen); his niece Diana Brinkley (Sullivan); and his grandparents, Edna and C. Hart Holcomb.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alexandra and Jessica Sullivan; his former wife Anne Jenkins; his stepchildren, Brian Handzel and Kimberly Handzel (Nicholas Smith); his grandson Anthony Rodriguez; his stepgrandchildren, Kenzie, Bryson Handzel, Logan and Willow Smith; his siblings, James Sullivan (Tammy), Barbara Peters (Joe) and Mary Sullivan (Val); and his siblings-in-law, Julie LaMonte, Debbie Beardsly (Phil) and Kenneth LaMonte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
