It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dominick A. Speciale (Utica, New York), who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Speciale and Carmella Speciale (Amendola); his in-laws, Rocco (Flash) and Frances DeSantis; his siblings, Joseph Speciale, Pauline (Jim Cavo) and Anna (Roger Burdick); and his siblings-in-law, Anthony, Terry DeSantis, Paul, Carol DeSantis and Norman DeMichele.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent Speciale of Schenectady, Carmella (Gary DiCesare) and Frances (Crispino Velardi); his grandchildren, Roxanne, Jeff Turck, Crispino, Amanda Velardi and Valerie Frances Velardi; his great grandchildren, Drew Baker, Gracie Putman, Scarlett and Gemma Velardi; his pet Mare; his sister Angie DeMichele; his in-laws, Joseph and Pat DeSantis; and his wife Marion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
